How do you like your eggs in the morning? Well, if it’s super farm fresh, we’ve got something for you! We’ve re-homed a gorgeous brood of rescue chickens, and you hire them as your very own hen pals while you stay with us, so you can collect your own eggs each morning to scramble, poach or fry!

We have 10 rescue hens in total, so plenty of lovely fresh eggs should be available every morning for you to enjoy. Cook them for your brekkie, lunch or dinner while you’re here, or take a little of Hilltop home with you!
Our rescue hens are safely tucked up in a lovely coup to keep them safe from Mr Fox. Because they live and lay together, they are available for one party to hire as one group, all together. You can hire our hen pals for one night, or for the duration of your stay with us. If they are available on your selected date/s you will see an option to add them as a unit to your booking with us. (If this option isn’t available – it means they have already been booked).
